If you use the gymenz app and no longer want your account, request its deletion here or inside the app (Settings → Delete my account and data). We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your identity, then delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Owner account: the gym is archived and all its data (members, subscriptions, payments, check-ins, photos) is deleted when the period ends; the app stops on all its devices.
- Staff account: the account is removed and loses access at once; the gym's data stays with its owner.
- Invoices and the audit log are kept for the period the law requires, without members' personal data.
